Guided tour of 2 hours that provides knowledge about how this landscape has been shaped by fire, grazing and mowing, and how the farmers were self-sufficient with food and fiber for clothing. We talk about sustainability and how these old cultural landscapes can give us knowledge about how to produce sustainable food and clothing for the future.
